Senator Parker | Allen Parker | Donald W. Dickson II

 

Born in Port Arthur, Texas to Carl and Beverly Parker, Allen Parker was raised in Port Arthur and attended Thomas Jefferson High School.  After graduation, Allen attended college at Texas A&M in College Station, Texas.  Allen received his law degree from the University of Houston School of Law in 1994.  Allen maintains a practice centered around personal injury and criminal law.

Allen is a member of the following organizations:

  • Texas Bar Association
  • Jefferson County Bar Association
  • Jefferson County Young Lawyers Association
  • American Trial Lawyers Association

Allen has also received an Ad-Litem Certification.
