Mr. Dickson joined The Parker Law Firm as an associate attorney in 1996, and is assigned to the firm's Austin, Texas office, where he conducts a general practice but serves primarily as counsel to the Texas State Troopers Association.
He is a native of New York City, and was educated at the University of Delaware (Bachelor of Arts, Honors Program, 1980) and The New York Law School (Juris Doctor, 1984), where he was inducted into the Order of Barristers. In 1987 he was named associate general counsel of Neiman & Associates of Texas, Inc., an investment banking concern in Dallas, Texas, and in 1988 he co-founded and served as vice president of Telco International, Inc., a Dallas-based telecommunications company. He later became a partner in the Newark, New Jersey law firm of Maciag, Dickson & Maguire.
Mr. Dickson is a member of the New Jersey Bar and of the State Bar of Texas
