Froy Salinas is an Austin-based political consultant who works regularly as a lobbyist with the Parker Firm.  Salinas has almost two decades of experience assisting clients in achieving their legislative and public policy goals.   He brings considerable legislative and public service experience to his work with the firm.  Salinas spent eight years in the Texas House of Representatives serving citizens in the city and county of Lubbock.  He spent three years as special assistant to Texas Attorney General Jim Mattox and has also worked for the Texas Comptroller’s Office handling budgetary and revenue issues. Salinas has a professional background in the Texas insurance industry.
